COPH-UOB Platform Guide

Welcome to the official training tracker for the College of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad. This guide covers how to access the platform, maintain security, and complete your requirements.

Step 1: Login
Log in with your university credentials. Your first login binds your account to that specific mobile device.
Step 2: Verification
Complete the mandatory selfie immediately. This verifies you are the authorized trainee.
Step 3: Training
Check-in at your pharmacy. Remember the 3-hour minimum rule for a valid attendance session.
Important Hardware Requirements

To ensure 100% accurate training records, the platform requires active access to two components on your mobile device:

  • Selfie Camera

Used for login and hourly presence checks. Ensure your lens is clean.

  • GPS Location

Required for check-in. You must be physically inside the pharmacy radius.

1. Device Locking & Login
Accounts are strictly bound to a single mobile device.

Your first login will bind your account to that device. You cannot share your login or access your account from another phone. If you replace your phone or lose access, you must contact your assigned Lecturer or the Admin to reset the hardware binding fingerprint.

Sequential Identity Verification

You must take a selfie immediately after login. Failure to do so, or closing the camera prompt, will result in an automatic logout for security compliance.

2. Attendance & The 3-Hour Rule
How to log your training hours correctly.
  • Check-in: Use the dashboard "Check In" button. Your GPS must be enabled and you must be at your Active Pharmacy location.
  • Minimum Stay: The system enforces a strict 3-hour minimum for every session. You will not be allowed to "Check Out" until 180 minutes have passed since your arrival.
  • Periodic Monitoring (1-5): While checked in, the app will periodically prompt for a "Presence Selfie" (up to 5 times a day). You have a limited window to provide this proof or you will be automatically signed out and your session invalidated.
3. Assignments & Submissions

Weekly tasks are assigned by your lecturer. You can access them via the "Assignments" tab on your sidebar.

Textual Answers

Type your responses directly into the platform. AI assessment is available to lecturers for instant grading.
